TOTAL LEASE PERIOD - 60 YEARS.

The lease, endows the owner with the usual rights of access to all common area facilities and decision-making processes. Retain full control of the sale of the sub-lease without requiring approval from the leaser.

No need to invest a minimum of USD 500,000 into a venture in Mauritius. The cost of the lease is included in the total purchase price, in addition to the build cost and share subscription fees.
